I love how he didn’t bother to get a rental car during the two months his car was in for a replacement alternator, knowing that he depends on his car to do his job. He only gets the rental after his car gets repo'd.
What was the plan if the gates had worked? Sit on his ass drooling while his car stays locked up because he gets further and further behind on payments?
Is it even kosher to drive for Uber with a rental? Not only because of Uber rules, but rental car rules. Does the rental companies insurance cover rideshare or delivery activities? I doubt it, which leaves him wide open to be on the ass-raping end of a lawsuit in the case of an accident.
Does his own insurance cover said activities, rental car or otherwise? For that matter, how does he afford the full coverage likely required on this car due to having an outstanding loan on it? Or is that only required for purchases from bigger car lots/not required in Nevada? Again, a lack of proper insurance is asking for trouble, doing what he does.
Lastly, can we search for his rideshare profile on Uber or Lyft? I wonder what his reviews are like. Honestly, the risk of getting a driver like Russ is the number one reason why I will never use a rideshare unless I have literally no other choice.
