Listen. I'm not gonna lie: her true crime lore is particularly interesting to me, for lots of reasons. Most of them self-doxing. I've been catching up and I had some thoughts.

Spoiler: True crime spergin

Not all true crime media is equal, especially since there's a distinct lack of empathy in the communities. Killers are sensationalized and often romanticized, their victims turned into nothing more than a trigger warning. Sometimes, their names are remembered, too. Staph is no better than the women who kept their window open in hopes that the Nightstalker would visit them. She is nothing new or unique.

It's sort of fascinating because she's so carefully cherry-picked the "safe" information to (weakly) try to back up whatever she's saying. Like she would have had to dig through grisly stuff, ignored it, and then grasped "But he got married and met Madonna!!!" with her grubby little fist. It's not that she might not know, it's that she's willfully and maliciously ignorant. Amazing. She knows that the lady he married is active on social media. Do you think she's tried to talk to her? Do you think she'd recognize any of the victims if she saw their picture? Do you think she knows any of their names?

John Douglas wrote that behavior reflects personality. He also wrote that when a murderer kills someone, they take a lot of other victims with them.

One of Ramirez's victims, Anastasia Hronas, was six years old when he got his hands on her, and later identified him out of a lineup. At six years old, she told the investigators that she'd stand trial, "so he can't hurt any other little girls like he hurt me." Six. Six years old. She's been mentioned in the thread before. So has the documentary where she speaks at length about her experiences.

With Loki being the flavor of the week, not sure how relevant it might be to write a master post of the victims. Maybe it can put further contrast on Staph, who claims the documentaries are "shit talking". NOTE TO NEWFAGS: this trog watched a woman talk about being abducted and raped for hours at six years old...and thought it was funny. That it was "shit talk".

@Childe is correct: there's so much lore that it can be a little intimidating. I kept relatively up to date on Staph a couple of years ago, but then I went and touched grass. When I came back, the thread was massive and she was sticking pride flags up her ass.

ETA: The woman who married Richard was named Doreen Lioy. She wrote him 75 letters while he was in prison and remained convinced of his innocence until the end.

They're both my favourite cows because I'm all too familiar with the specific sort of online circles they come from - young women on sites like DeviantArt and Tumblr, who take their fandoms way too seriously to the point it gets delusional, and both Stephanie and Amanda are what you get when someone never grows out of their cringe fangirl phase, with some mental disorders/low IQ thrown in for good measure.

Though when it comes to the oversharing online... in Amanda's case it's almost definitely down completely to her mental retardation giving her no sense of shame, Stephanie it's a combination of that and the online "social justice" community being taken to its logical extreme, in which even if you resemble a hairy she-ogre you're still considered beautiful, think it's OK to be a pedo and fantasise over serial killers, you're still completely sound of mind. Staph is one of those lolcows (others being the Tenacious Unicorn Ranch and Patrick Tomlinson) with so much lore that's so deep and intricate that when I'm introducing her to friends, I'll give a rundown, some time passes, then all of a sudden I get a brain blast and remember other insane shit she's done that's essential knowledge. This goes on for weeks at a time if my friend doesn't tell me to shut the fuck up. I have introduced at least 3 friends to Staph this way.

I'm lucky to have a close friend who isn't super active online but does share my distaste for the gender ideology that's forced its way into almost every aspect of our culture, and one day we just so happened to be discussing true crime cases over a coffee and naturally Dahmer came up... so I casually mentioned "by the way there's this crazy woman on the internet who identifies as non binary and believes she can talk to ghosts... and she loves Dahmer so much she believes she's married to his ghost". She was intrigued - she's just as fascinated by weird shit like that as I am, though the otherkin stuff was harder to explain, since she never really spent much time on websites like Tumblr where it first took off, however she does know how absurd the gender cult can get (as we both had the misfortune of dealing with an annoying tranny around the time we became friends) so wasn't surprised that someone like Staph would also identify as a gnome, a fern and a demon on top of all her gender/sexuality labels.
