While that kind of sucks, it's funny this cuck is also getting his comeuppance. Also it may be useful pressure, much like the case against April, if the prosecution really is going in so hard on Cuckieta that they're willing to pull some teeth to get testimony from his co-perps.

Especially the case against April strongly suggests they want to go in hard on that big-nosed cuck and if they have to file some more charges to "persuade" some potential witnesses to testify, they're going to do it.

I hope Balldo maintains his current bravado. I suspect it won't turn out well for him (whether or not the Aaron and April shit are even a consideration here since I am purely speculating).

When I lived in Colorado I liked Safeway and in Florida I preferred Albertsons, coincidentally they’re the same stores with different names. The Safeway generic versions of most things were often better than the brand name alternatives. Minnesota has shit for grocery stores, Byerlys/Lunds are overpriced and Cub Foods is overpriced and shitty. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are fine but not very practical. Rainbow Foods was slightly better than Cub Foods in spite of having a gayer name but they closed down. Costco is usually the best option, especially for meats when you can get 4 - 1 1/2 inch thick 1lbs. ribeyes for $40 as opposed to half inch thick garbage for $19.99 a pound at Cub.

The “you’re watching a man out of control” stuck out to me. Nick always tries to suck up to Null in ways (eg I love the guy, he’s my friend, etc) them immediately insults him. I used to think some of that was Nick trying to seem unbothered and cope to himself. At least after it passed the point where Nick could reasonably expect Null to suddenly start sweeping. But it was just throwing shit at the wall and hoping something stick, he only ever says that stuff as a manipulation tactic. Of course the thread has already covered this, I just think it’s funny now Nick has basically given up and reaches lower to insult Null each time. He’s seething.

Edit: In that stream, Aaron referred to April as “the one Nick loves more.” Just a sentiment I know would piss Nick off since he does everything in his power to pretend the Lady Rackets charade is real.

When I read "body only bench warrant" I wondered exactly what the fuck that even meant. It actually means exactly what it sounds like, I mean unless you thought it meant shoot the defendant and bring his corpse to court.

A bench warrant can specify the extent that law enforcement can execute a warrant. For example, a judge might issue a warrant with a requirement that it be body only. In other words, the only way that the warrant can be satisfied is by detaining the person and requiring an actual in-person appearance before a Judge. For less serious offenses, the Court might set a specific dollar amount for their warrant. Hypothetically, if the judge were to issue a warrant with a $1,000 bail amount, the person detained could provide the money as a guarantee that they will appear in Court.

I had never seen this term before but apparently it's a thing in Minnesota and at least Wisconsin. Must be some Scandinavian incel prude thing.

I'm not sure of the timeline. Wasn't he already under a restraining order at the time? I don't know if he was also on probation. It's possible he could be subject to any penalties for violating a restraining order (or consent decree or anything that this would violate) but that they can't go after him on a probation violation.

I don't really know the timeline (or Minnesota law which may be specific and weird and FUNNY as it often is).
