That does not necesarily mean her legal residence of record has changed. Even if she is nor spending her nights there. The divorce may be finalized. But there may be some outstanding issues diving up marital assets. She may still own half the house until it is sold.

The same thing with her bail. We don't know what she walked out of the marriage with? How the assets were split. Just that neither party was contesting the split.

An interesting question arises. If the house ownership is split between the divorcing parties, can it be used as collateral for bond for both in separate unrelated criminal matters? Asking for a friend.

Regarding Aaron's arrest. Good! Seeing all of these degenerate coked up fuck weasels get dragged before the Judge is hilariously entertaining and educational for the kids. See kids, never be a Cuck! Cucks go to jail!

If he'd been on probation he would likely have been facing charges for breaching that at his last appearance, and not just breaching the restraining order. The restraining order is specific to his first ex-wife. It may (and probably does) also cover the children and her family, but I'm not seeing how its terms can possibly be construed to include Kayla.
