The event happened in May. He was only recently put on probation so he's not in breach of his probation conditions.

If you participate in porn it's not a crime for someone to disseminate it, the issue is if someone shares sexual images you never intended to be public in the first place.

Is it just me or does this charge seem like really small potatoes? I'm surprised the remaining 3/4 of the Qover were able to get the Qounty Qops to take any action whatsoever over one picture that everyone seems to have deleted.
Is this a sign that the local government despises everyone involved, or are they just bored and looking for some cases to prosecute?
