imo I really want this investigated and tried. Revenge porn is a really disgusting thing. why I want this challenged is the details:

• Was this a shot that Kayla consented to? If this was a matter of she was passed out after aaron “showed her how a real man does it” then yes send his ass to jail.
• what shot was even taken? I have not followed this drama in the slightest so don’t know what kind of picture it even is. Is it actually nudity? Is it something compromising? I’m assuming it is since Aaron said it was nudes to this Geno guy but a this point I trust no one in this circle of weirdos, including the geno guy himself.
• was it actually disseminated? This is an interesting one. Part of the point of revenge porn I think is important is the life ruination aspect of it: even if it’s just one person it is sent to it can still cause damage. However if it was just Aaron being a sicko and showing this guy his phone without sending it… a different argument could be made? geno does not have the photo, at this point it’s hearsay as to whether the photo exists, and who knows? Aaron could have faked the entire thing. It might not even be Kayla. now as an additional point to this one had aaron run around showing this picture to 20 different people that would be a different story. At that point it would be considered harassment and charges could be brought as such.

Not sure I agree - Jake Paul is a scumbag, but he's made millions fighting old men. Influencer boxing has gone completely stale at this point anyway, but most of it was just a bit of fun regardless.

Ian is a different situation though, his events were dogshit, he lost all of his fights on his own shows by putting himself against opponents he had zero chance of beating. They seemed to complete his metamorphosis into a hypocritical sadboi.

I think based on what is already out there, and the fact we have two witnesses to it - and one is confirmed to have seen it on livestream - that Aaron is going to have a difficult time wriggling out of charges. Maybe the lack of pictoral ebidance might save him, maybe some of the specific wording in the statute might get him off - but I think it's a reasonable stance to say he's fucking guilty.

I don't think any of the aggravating factors are in play here, so Aaron wont be looking at time, probably just a fine. Complete retard.

In my experience, sadly dealing with domestic issues (from my family), that were considerably worse than this shit, the police will start acting quickly when people start reporting each other in a domestic, and act this way as a way to stop the situation escalating into violence. Now, we may joke that Aaron and Nicks are swinging cucks, but it doesn't take much to buy a gun/knife and go on a drunken/high violent rampage.

Domestics are very dangerous for a reason. And both Aaron and Rekieta are clearly unhinged and unable to control themselves. My bet is this is a literal "CALM DOWN" warning from the state.
