Generally, yes, bad things can happen to bad people, but some bad behavior disqualifies the "victim" from complaining about that specific incident.Prostitutes can be raped, drug dealers can be defrauded, scumbags can have their privacy violated, etc.
If you're a drug dealer looking to buy a car with the proceeds, and the seller made off with both the money and the car, that's fraud. If you're a drug dealer who paid for five pounds of coke and got sugar, you can't really complain.
Assuming you're not a radfem, agreeing to pay an "escort" (think Aella) and then not paying her isn't rape. It doesn't mean she can't get raped, hell, that same "customer", upon being asked for money, might attack her instead.
Distributing porn of Kayla (or any other thot) that she made isn't "revenge porn", it's at worst internet piracy. (The Fappening was internet piracy). It doesn't mean that Aaron is free to secretly record Kayla shitting or make deepfakes of her getting railed by niggers (deepfakes are also libel). But the porn they consensually made doesn't count.
