Different families want to mourn differently. If that's why this family wants, they should be allowed to do it even if it's against a guideline. Looks more like a grave visit than a funeral.

My opinion on this has nothing to do with Trump. I would feel exactly the same if these people got scolded for doing this without Trump in the picture. I used to walk the local cemetery and was touched by all the different ways people mourned, even when they were against the guidelines of the cemetery and would be taken down.

Obvious answer is the family wanted the deceased to be in the photo. The grave represents them. People pose with tombstones for this reason all the time. The whole point of taking a photo in a cemetery is to be by a specific grave to include the gone but remembered.

The problem with polls is not that they reflect public opinion, but that they can shape it. All pollsters have their biases and agendas.

I take all polls with a grain of salt, even ones I want to be true. When they showed Trump ahead, I was still skeptical.

I tend to rely on the RCP average that collates the various pollsters. Even if Cameltoe is ahead, it's a razor-thin lead, and there are still 2 months to go.

It ain't over till it's over.

I enjoy and used to watch his debunking videos. They were fun but I can't watch them anymore. Any time I watch them I have the thoughts in the back of my mind that any second now he will switch topic and start talking about how much he hates Hyperloop and that kind of kills my enjoyment of his videos.

I will defend Musk here, and the reason I will I suspect is the same reason this Thunderfoot guy hates him. From what I can tell Thunderfoot is a scientist of some kind? But without any accolades, a high opinion of himself, and generally no real accomplishments. There are few people as easy to predict and understand as a narcissist with nothing to actually use as a claim to fame. Musk, for all his faults, is trying to -do- things. He throws ideas at the wall and tries them out. And yes, some end up being monumentally stupid like the hyperloop, but at least he -tried- something.

The scientific world has been stagnant for two decades. As Thunderfoot would know in person. Nobody invests in the new advancement to humanity, they just want new drugs for existing diseases, the next version of the iPhone, and a new way to make their overlords money. Scientists in the modern day are just fancy whores. And Thunderfoot -knows- this. And he absolutely hates Musk because Musk is doing the very things that no doubt Thunderfoot saw himself as doing in his narcissistic dreams.

For every Hyperloop, Musk has a SpaceX. And Musk will be remembered for the latter way more than the former when he is gone. Thunderfoot will be forgotten entirely within a single generation.
