No. The police investigation started in July. It was initially reported to the cops on July 17th. The cops first met with the polycule (including Nick) on July 19th. It had nothing to do with the Ws Aaron took around the time of the Omnibus hearing, or what the Steel Toe fan said during April's arraignment.
