Given that he's been talking them all and how awful they were for so long now, a prosecutor can probably use that to convince a jury of intent. Whether it'll work or not is probably luck, but his restraining order violation can definitely be used to establish a pattern of harassing behavior that won't help his case.
The defense's only response can really be "now how can you be sure that he's not merely showing off the women he screwed for reasons that had nothing to do with him harassing her and her husband?"

Aaron almost certainly shared a full frontal nude. Kayla hasn't released an even topless photo.

The only technicality that can save Aaron at the moment is that he can show a "falling out" with Geno and Keanu. The fact on stream nobody said nude. The fact that the cop doesn't seem to have been shown the photo (she only describes what others say) and the fact there might be a photo of Kayla floating around showing a tattoo under her breast.

That's a hard sell and when Geno suddenly remembers he didn't delete the photo it comes crashing down.
