fell for it, hard,
i wouldn't say its a complete scam, although it does take knowing people and yeah it is sort of a scam if you're a male. but every woman i know has been able to do hilariously well with their stupid degree. all those HR/email jobs make 6 figures as do administrative assistants and management roles.
Captain Planet is just propaganda.
i think the best thing you could argue about Captain planet is that it wasn't a toy commercial like every other fucking cartoon of the era was. at least when it premiered, it was also the first big successful attempt by a non-network channel to make cartoons in the states, and back in 1990 people really were that fucking desperate, every person born in the 1970s has seen every episode of Robotech for a reason.
You will correct course with your second and subsequent kids on some things.
exactly; it doesn't matter if you have 13 kids or 2 kids, the oldest gets it the worst and the baby is notoriously treated better, and the middle ones are left in the dust. doesn't matter what age you have them or the age differences.
The families they showed us for their propaganda pieces were all white.
to be fair, diversity was still new, and the concept of multiculturalism wasn't as common, at best you'd get a token nig here or there. but the "normal mode" was still whites. its why half the time they'd just put a white in brownface to simulate a minority (like the crying indian, or the indian that created johnny 5 or the indian that killed spock or the indian zack morris claimed he was on an episode of saved by the bell!)
Today, the number of waiting families is 20x higher than the number of adoptable children in the system
why are women 50x more likely to abort a kid than give them up for adoption? its odd how no one seems to be able to answer that question, beyond that why did hospitals literally have to steal children during the baby scoop era to fulfill the demand if it was such a worthy cause; beyond those two things if any parent can raise any kid and be just as good as the original parents if not better, why hasn't any society at large adopted that model and it become a famous success?
. I get that adoption is very hard on birth mothers.
the fact that most adoptions are so shady that the adoptive parents and agencies could be charged with fucking rape probably makes it hard on birth moms too. How many women do you know are pro-rape or at minimum "pro-tricked into letting a man grope my vagina"
unwanted infants
If the infants aren't wanted then why do a majority of birth parents have to get custody taken from them by the state? Also if adoption is a net good then why are people on kiwifarms so angry when fags adopt kids?
pre-trained to DV and rape
HOW COULD THEY BE PRE-TRAINED, ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE YOU CAN CHANGE PEOPLES SKIN COLOR IF THEY'RE RAISED THE RIGHT WAY. CLEARLY THE FAULT SHOULD BE ON THE OWNERS, NOT THE BREED /sneed
Nick News,
what garbage, i'm sure the 90s version of kiwifarms was sperging about that blatant propaganda. Also Captain planet was 100% just a fun punchline for most people, at best it took extreme advantage of the "edutainment" guidelines put in place in the 90s. because "watching this show will put you in the know"
She is starting to act panicked and desperate.
nah, she just has a shitty team. Remember all the shit Obama got people to believe about Mitt Romney? this is the exact thing the media would have convinced people was bad back in 2016. people even called it a thousand pages ago, reminding them of that bullshit that caused Ben Shapiro to become openly anti-trump.

nah, she just has a shitty team.
she's fired half of the staffers in Washington and California at this point and all that is left is the dregs who don't know better. plus her campaign has a real "sinking ship" vibe around, and whether that's true or not it's not gonna get the top dogs in campaign politics putting in their resume.

they don't pay shit either. its hilarious how you can either campaign for kamala or flip burgers or return carts if you're in the dc/maryland area and get paid roughly the same. i distinctly remember it breaking $20/hr+ 4 years ago, now you're down to $18/hr
with a mom and dad, not two sex weirdos that rape him
i'd say the jurys out on the straights not being sex weirdos. judging by all the videos online, plenty of adopted kids seem to be molested.

>Captain Planet does indeed suck balls. Which is why everyone makes fun of it these days.

These days? Back when it was first shown everybody knew it was the gayest shit ever and mocked it relentlessly. I watched a couple of minutes and that's all I could stand. I hated it. It was oozing 90s political correctness.

I want to know what unspeakable horror every single human being born before 1980 suffered. Whatever it was, it didn't stop them from growing up to start families themselves, while the supposedly much better-raised millennials are childless basket cases.
My school years went thru the entirety of the 80's. having been bullied myself in grade school, I hate to come off as an advocate for bullying, but.. a certain amount of it does build character. You have to learn to fight back, or you will end up allowing yourself to be rolled over as an adult.

Largely, the generation of kids that my generation (X) raised, with their participation trophies, "zero tolerance" schools, and being saddled with parents that wanted to shelter their kids from having to deal with any sort of adversity at all... well we are reaping the "benefits" of that now. Spoiled, coddled children that have turned into soft, entitled adults. Adults who cannot handle being told "no" and expect the rest of the world to cater to their feelings and whims just as had been done when they were children.

Went out to touch grass with the extended family that live in a certain blue city. They live next to the wealthier parts of the city, where Porches/Bently'/Maseratis/Genesis'/Teslas and other high end luxury cars are a common sight, million dollar mansions, high end stores, big "vote blue no matter who!" energy and I didn't see a single Harris/Walz bumper stickers or lawn sign. There may be hope yet for America.
I don't know how to get through to people about this. The only way to "be ready" to raise kids is to make up your mind you are going to do the best with what you have, and do it.

You make mistakes and you fumble around a lot panicking when you first start anything new and important. There is no special "state of readiness" that can be achieved with just a little more time, money, education, "social support," or whatever, that will allow you to skip the humbling failure that comes with learning something worthwhile.

You will correct course with your second and subsequent kids on some things. This isn't a horrible injustice against your first kid, it's just life. Your parents and grandparents and cavemen forefathers had the same experience. Your kids are less likely to actually fucking die due to your lapse in perfection than your ancestors were. You have a lot more of a soft place to land, backup nets, hail mary options than previous generations had.

"I'd rather immature morons like THAT never have kids!" is retard talk. I hear it on here all the time but it is idiotic to an extreme. Every single good parent in the world was an immature moron at some point. They became good parents by rolling up their sleeves and giving it a good honest try, not by waiting until a mystical state of "readiness" gnosis was achieved.

If you want to get good at a sport you're going to spend a lot of time falling on your ass. If you want to get good at an instrument, you're going to fumble slowly through "Three Blind Mice" and hit some awful wrong notes. You begin at the beginning, have discipline and determination, and proceed. There is no way around this.

The real crisis is pride. People who are too prideful to try something and experience the humiliation of temporary failure, then try again.
Slightly more of a gayass PL but I witnessed this firsthand. Kinda-ish 'Bout a decade ago we adopted an 8 month old unspayed Minipin(F) and then 2 weeks later we "got adopted" by a stray Chihuahua(M), also unspayed during a trip. About a week later we catch him stuck on her(I know we're fucking dumbasses for not keeping them separated until we could snip one/both), and by the time she was a year old she had a litter of 3 pups. We were worried she wouldn't know what to do, or reject them. We bought all the stuff to raise puppies, preparing for the worst And like an internal switch going off, she was able to raise them with minimal assistance from us, and they're still a happy family to this day.

Not gonna happen.

But if it does, the Democrats will reach new levels of "Joever" never thought possible. lol.

I also think that if Kamala is put in a position where she has to choose a new running mate (which is unlikely, but less unlikely than Kamala dropping out), the election will be over for the Democrats, too.

I think that something big is brewing about Tim Walz, by the way. The mentions of his brother over the past few days ... I guess we'll see if anything comes of it.

The only real chance Dems had to maybe do any notable steering of the ship was the Sunday when Biden threw the towel in. For a brief 24 hours it wasn't quite locked in that Kamala had the full blessing, they could of gotten someone else to throw their hat into the ring. But the question is ,who would of stepped up if it wasn't Kamala? I think most Dems don't want to take over Biden's hot mess - preferring to aim for 2028 instead.

I just think this new strat of "get under Trump's skin" that she's trying to go for this weekend may actually give him more to work with on the debate rather than work in her favor. People don't want slapfights, they want proper proposals to fix the economy or see a candidate doing "something" of note. Trump went to Arlington for the gold star families and also went to the border to highlight those harmed by migrant crime. What is Kamala doing to show she's actually trying to act presidential prior to the election?

This is 100% going to give Trump more to work with, 8 of the 13 families have already responded to Kamala's twitter post and absolutely shit all over the bitch. If there was one fight, she didn't want to pick with Trump it was on this issue, and I think it'll just be one more arrow in his quiver. The families said they invited Kamala and/or Biden to attend as well to lay wreaths, but the White House never responded. The terrorist attack at Kabul was beyond radioactive for the Democrats yet Harris still wanted to speak on it, which is just one more example of how goddamn braindead she is.

To this day Biden has yet to say their names and neither has Kamala, yet both Biden and Kamala kneeled and wept for a piece of shit like George Floyd; but now Kamala tries to grandstand like she cares? Get the fuck out bitch. To Kamala the only way she knows to be presidential is to halfheartedly copy the policies of a man that's already been president.
