For anyone unfamiliar with the lore, PandaLee bought herself a fake engagement ring and was posting it on social media with baity posts like "had to buy one since my bf wouldn't get me one." Well, people were asking Phil about this in chat and he had no fucking idea what anyone was talking about, which means that he didn't read her social media nor ask about the rings she was wearing irl. Of course this was a detractor meme and everyone got banned.

I believe that DSP shit on her by saying something along the lines of "she only got where she is because she gets gangbanged by EA execs". It was pretty much out of nowhere. Typical DSP jealousy of someone more popular. I believe she was tweeted that clip at some point and she said something like he's just a weirdo and don't give attention to stuff like this.

edit - watching PoPs restream this is so fucking deluded, I only said she was gangbanging members of EA for attention actual defamation.

Dude any time Phil posts a tweet that gets 4 digit likes he thinks the Internet is on his side now. Reminder things like the debunk stream happen because he makes a tweet that gets a lot of likes. Even if said tweet is kicking another content creator while they're being cancelled

guess this recent faggotry really was just to try and get ahead of the doc. really don't know what he's scared of though, nothing in that desc is something new and damning. maybe just the thought that a bunch of people are gonna see it? idk, he's been around for so long that shouldn't be a big deal for him. gonna hear about the eternal downfall for the next decade though lmao, he's already coping about it on stream.

He's super confused as to why Joon included the VTubers shitting on him. Because it's funny, Phil and he understands what's interesting to people way more than you do.

My only exposure to vtubers are the clips of them shitting on phil and I cracked up at every one of them. They were all kind of mystified about him. a+ content.

Twitch ban and Argentinian member bombs were my favourite arcs personally, I don't care for the pulls saga. Not showing his revenue what a fucking rat.
 
I think things like this are a good reminder that the belief that an average impartial person would get pignotized is almost always misguided. As many have said before, there’s no positive spin to the DSP story, and Phil really isn’t in the ballpark of normal-style. Just focusing on dentractors is just not that interesting to anyone not already informed of DSP or why there are detractors to begin with, which means it’s not worth the time for big channels.

Just like the SS interview, this will be terrible for DSPs image, and may be so successful that Joon immediately capitalizes on the recent arc via a direct colab with Phil in some way or a rushed update vid to address it.

DSP is gonna dodge so much shit in his react and it will almost certainly be boring pre stream rambles and skips.
