At the risk of going off topic, high school, for a lot of people, is the last time the future looks bright. There was a future to look forward to, beyond the halcyon days when you didn’t have to worry about providing for yourself, or taxes, what your society would look like should you have children, or even if you can have them. Many people are stuck. They’re trapped in factory, middleman, salaryman jobs, so the only thing they really have to look forward to is the past. Basically a lot of them peak in high school because that’s the last time they’re given room to grow. It's really mostly about the nostalgia. Your first love, childhood innocence and naivety and the whole aspect of pre-Salary Man rose tinted days. Yeah high school is pretty universal because the human experience is pretty universal but I can't think of another country with as high a suicide rate among working adults as in Japan, or percentage of hikikomoris and NEETs.
I feel like a VN/anime adaption of a VN like Clannad perfectly encapsulates that type of nostalgia and adds a twist of bittersweet that I won't reveal if you haven't and want to experience it.
A lot of escapism from Japan, and South Korea and some Chinese titles as well, is about the return to high school because that's when a lot of people "peaked". Which is actually pretty black-pilling to me.
So story has good moments even if overall it's a little messy, the music is good, and the art and animation gorgeous. It really was worth a read through. Will look forward to what Cavemanon does next.
NIGGER SPOIL THAT SHITMy biggest problem I think is [REDACTED]
That's kinda pathetic. At the risk of going off topic, high school, for a lot of people, is the last time the future looks bright. In terms of coding, Wani. In terms of story I think Snoot. the bad ending in that is a school shooting. Devs these days don't have the balls to get that dark. It's unfiltered 4chan in terms of it's humor and it's wonderful. Wani has the better teachers in Iakadan and Sully though.@Rockzo So I have to ask, which would you say is better Snoot or Wani?
I like how this implies the idea of Olivia going on a shooting. Though that being said, I wonder how Wani's ending 1 could have been if they had her commit suicide?Devs these days don't have the balls to get that dark.
In all honesty I think the current bad endings work better than just a straight up "Oh she killed herself" type ending, could work with enough effort, but I doubt it would be as impactful as ending 1 from either game.Though that being said, I wonder how Wani's ending 1 could have been if they had her commit suicide?
I doubt she would be going anywhere, yet along on a shooting.Olivia going on a shooting
So, basically hunt season on a furfag high school? Lel.Olivia going on a shooting.
We have the technologyI like how this implies the idea of Olivia going on a shooting.

For context, as some of you may know, Snoot Game got a surge of popularity in latin american countries a few months ago, mostly because some relatively big spanish-speaking streamers decided to play it on Twitch, that's the reason why there has been a lot of fanart, fanfiction and memes in spanish for the last couple of months.
Now it seems that a bunch of people are trying to band together to make their own version version of Snoot Game, this time the setting being a Mexican public high school.
I have mixed feelings however, on one hand, replacing dinosaur people with creatures and cryptids from Mexican and Latin American folklore i think is a good choice, it'd help to make this game stand out as it's own thing, on the other hand, the character design is... well you can tell the artist draws porn, i do hope the people working on this game manage to show some restraint. I'll keep an eye on this project, best-case scenario, it will be something new to play after I wani hug that gator.
It is really surreal how a game like GVH was total flop, since the woke crowd that game was trying to pander to pretty much ignored it, yet, somehow, manged to inspire 3 different games.
Soooo...ya gonna present proof of this? Like, didnt really see anything like this happen, hell theres even fan art of Stella and Rosa being lovers, an seems that ship is very supported. Plus, from what I saw Snoot fans never mock GVH fans, infact seen lots of GVH fan art posted on snootbooru and people really like it.
Oh, that's one of Nanakis snoot alog squad.I checked the page of "Mr. Media Literacy" and boy, he's constantly seething about Snoot
This one is too, I think."The trauma it has caused me"
