Jason also said in his Linkedin that he won his 3rd black badge in Jul 2017 while he was still working at Eagle Research Group. So this claim that the government gave him a job offer after he won his 3 black badges seems very exaggerated / embellished.

What people like Jason wont tell you is that hacking has very specialized skills and knowledge. Most likely this exploit "Cartel B" was using was exploiting a vulnerability in the encryption algorithm Blizzard was using. "Cartel A" is losing business because of it.

"Cartel A" is not going to take the months of time to learn and specialize in encryption, build the tools, and implement the exploit if it doesn't give them an advantage. It's far easier to write to Blizzard and get the exploit patched and maintain an even playing field that way.

Again off-topic, but if he's using a mouse and not a tablet, the problem is that if you just use your wrist, you will create abominations because of the bending. There's a technique where the hand is still and you should use your arm to keep the lines steady. Still, if he's going to be this "big wise guy" super hak0r, there's no excuse for not having a cheap, small Wacom tablet that gets the job done for the graphics you want.

Edit: To be fair, others like doing the shitty graph things to make it look like it's "engineering" reasoning with graphs and squares. I understand it is illustrative, but you don't need a graph to explain a logical argument. A Cartesian graph that's properly used is mathematically at the correct scale. This is The Prime Time (former drug addict and self-admitted porn addict) doing the shitty graphs and squares, to explain simple logic that does not need a graph.
