Plagued Lolicon/Shotacon Defense Force - The people who jerk off to cartoon children and won't ever shut up about it

Pretty sure Pawoo is the one that had issues with actual CP, not Baraag.

That said I don't think removing the archives is a good idea. You don't want to delete evidence. However the fact it is being investigated is good and makes a lot of sense.

I don't think there is any actual CSAM there, it's pretty well known and high profile site in the ecosystem of federated Mastodon sites and pretty much THE place for shota and loli. It is watched and kept under survailance because of that. If it had any I guarentee that both Kiwis and law enforcement would have seen already. But I am willing to bet putting it under watch will provide very good leads and evidence of where the material could be found.

My money is that this investigation will be providing a lot of good leads and evidence of actual CP outside of baraag. If I had to guess the main things to watch for would be the smaller and brand new federated instances which suddenly start mentioning and pulling posts from baraag, those are where the actual material would be found.

Isn't that game banned in the US?
late, but wanted to respond to this anyway.

Couldn't find much info on it from casual searches, but the USA very rarely actually bans games, and that's due to the first Amendment making it hard to actually ban games. While games can be effectively banned because no retailer will sell them, the rise of the internet means it's very hard to totally shut out a game unless there's a legal problem involved (ie: the original print run of The Guy game contains an underage girl and is actually illegal to own as a result).

I can't find any evidence of weebshit being banned in the USA, but typically, that sort of shit is either never distributed or translated, or gets the pedoshit ripped out or edited in some way.

I imagine any child porn game where the characters are rendered realistically would be banned from the usa given federal child porn laws. It's illegal to own.

I agree fully, it's just that most companies that release games in America typically don't try making shit like that, and most Jap or other companies that do don't chance trying to release it in the States given the legal problems it could cause.

Don't paint all of us with the same brush. Most fujos I know find it disgusting and hate being lumped in with shotacons.
All fujos are into male characters that either look like kids or look like women. There's not a single example of a fujobait character that resembles a male adult

There's a lot of cows that use baraag (if I'm not mistaken Héctor Martín used it, or maybe it was Pawoo)
A lot of pedos had stuff archived on Baraag and I was looking through them. Shame the archives are gone but better safe than sorry when it comes to CP.
That makes sense, my gut just had one of those "wait what" moments, my bad

To be fair, there  are yaoi mangas dealing with explicitly adult men depicted as very feminine or androgynous. These are marketed towards adult women. I can't point you to any specific ones because I don't know that market, but my comicfag experience tells me that this niche does exist.

That being said, the fujoshi stereotype exists for a reason and I don't know why this poster chose this hill to stand on.
