A flaw in Cyraxx's game for attention is that it is old news, we've seen it all, he's hitting the upper limits of how he can lash out in his bedroom. It just devolves to racial slurs at some point, but that becomes old news soon. I think that will provoke more emboldened trolls to act physically.

As I speculated some pages ago, most likely the tooth had become infected and rotted hollow at some point, causing it to later snap under pressure. It's possible that the connecting tissue had also weakened due to the inflammation to the point Raxx could just yank out the remaining stub.
 
Considering what the slop he consumes and bad hygiene im surprise they havent started to come off or for him to be in pain. Regardless is inevitable, i wonder if sally will take him to a dentist to sort that out or if she will leave him in pain considering they live paycheck to paycheck.

she could've taken him to a dentist when he was young, and had disability in Florida. That overjet, the way his teeth are crammed together like he had a cleft palate? That would've been visible, even as a kid, and would've needed orthodontic care. Not doing anything about it, as seems to be the case, would've been neglect.

Makes you wonder how early the physical symptoms started manifesting. As it is right now, he’s unable to fully close his mouth because his lower jaw is so severely receded, which, along with his habitual lack of dental hygiene contributed heavily to the jagged, calculus plaque encrusted horror that is the trench mouth. He routinely drools, likely has a humid stench hanging around him from the chronic mouth breathing, he can barely fucking eat normally. Sally probably caught multiple signs that her special needs child might be having issues with drooling profusely and having difficulty closing his mouth and thought, eh, he can still eat hot pockets, he’s fine.

God really saw that bad seed for what it was, and assigned it the properly negligent guardian it deserved.

On a lighter note, who’s gaping maw is more repulsive, Cyrax or Russell Greer?
