It's amazing how stupid this man is. He somehow can't grasp the concept that if you let everyone who hates you, and in Rick's case that's pretty much anyone who isn't clinically retarded like Snackie, know what pisses you off and how easy it is to get you to tard rage, they're all going to start doing it.

This is probably why the po-pos have to take even probable prank calls seriously with Rick. With his history of psychotic death threats against women and even his own unborn child, and his obvious mental problems, it's entirely possible he actually will commit some spectacular crime.

Would Milwaukee PD use code 43 for mental defectives or is that an Akron-specific thing? Rick and Chance have a lot in common, I can see the cops classifying calls to their houses the same way. Moreover, the two make a good comedic pair. I hope some day we can use AI to make a Tard Rage Tommy Boy featuring them. I'd watch the hell out that movie, I bet it would be legitimately good.
