I'm gonna guess 'nothingburger' on that because it happened six years ago and there aren't any other documents with his name on there. The preview of the judgement filing shows that the plantiff agreed to it, so it doesn't seem like it was a big deal. Was probably late on the payment or something.

At least his kids are doing better than Alyssa's in that they're, ya know, alive.

The problem with grummz is he is a terrible worker. If he put 1% the work he does tweeting all day into developing his game it would be done by now. Most culture war issues he's pretty accurate on. I have other issues with him. Namely when he goes after people for nonculture war issues where he just becomes a massive crybully. But the solution is to just starve him of attention until he finally figures out he needs to make his game.

Anyone else finds it funny how after months of shilling Stellar Blade as this oh-so culturally important game that's the "beacon of freedom and expression"
because it had a Korean waifu in skimpy outfits, he just kinda dropped it when it was announced that the company that made it got purchased or partnered
up with DEI whackjobs and now he's repeating the cycle with the Wukong/Monkey game?

Do these guys actually PLAY video games? I rarely hear them talking about the fun games they are playing. You’d think they’d be boosting indie games instead of constantly talking about AAA slop.

Funny? Not really. Predictable as the sun coming up? Oh hell yes. I also recall that LearningtheLaw guy is an even bigger sperg that Grummz, who tried to shill the RE5 story is timeless.

Their playbook is this: 1. Always complain about minuscule shit in video games, 2. Don't provide any solutions to the problems you're talking about so the audience can come back to you because they like the negative news you provide to them, 3. Only shout out games that support your anti-DEI grift (which happens <1% of the time), 4. Don't promote any games that are good or fun because the audience likes to be outraged about the current thing in the news cycle.

You forgot point 5 and 6: 5. Pretend your an expert on this shit, while making stuff as you go along; 6. Whenevee someone calls out your grift or makes fun of ya, label em as pro-DEI/tourist.

Here is another point: When someone provides a solution to your problem brigade and shit on the person who suggested it (i.e During the Stellar Blade shit Null suggested to the coomers to start a class action lawsuit against Sony for false advertising and the coomers shat on him for no reason)
