But on the other hand Aaron does have a lengthy history with those courts and a restraining order he recently violated.
No matter how much we think this case is a joke, the courts have to take it seriously and at face value that he might be a serial harasser of women.

That's basically it. Ricky Rackets was a first time offender. Aaron however has been in trouble with the law before for wamen issues.

He can’t plea before the Omnibis but his LOLyer could negotiate a deal beforehand and Aaron could plead guilty in exchange for the terms of that deal at the Omnibus hearing. That’s the first opportunity he’ll have to plea.

He’s a repeat offender, and a recent one at that. I don’t know how much the State is going to be willing to bargain with him.

I wouldn't be shocked if given some of the media attention that Rekieta's case has gotten that word is getting around the Minnesota legal system about all the crap that these people are doing and how they are all connected together. Even if things are in different counties of the state.

I'm sure the prosecutor in this case is going to have to eventually put together a reason why Aaron did what he did and how he was connected to the victim.

The last few years have soured my views on Internet personalities so much that I am now fully entrenched in the camp that believes any modicum of internet fame will eventually result in a negative downfall.

The only way to avoid it is to not play the game.
