Whois privacy protection is the equivalent of asking to not have your name published in the phone book. Your details are still held by the registrar and equating opting for basic privacy to being guilty of something is retarded. kiwifarms.net has whois privacy protection so I guess that means the site admins are up to no good by your logic.

The fact it's on Cloudflare is probably something the hosting provider opted him into rather than a conscious decision to hide where it's hosted as not every subdomain is routed via Cloudflare. eh.bimshwel.com for instance does not have a Cloudflare IP but redirects you to a commission form if you hit it on port 80.
