How did Aaron's attorney allow all those crazy statements to slide from the Judge and the Prosecutor. The judge was just throwing out examples if why an HRO is typically issued but failed to identify any that applied to Aaron? Aaron's attorney was SILENT!!! Lets just grab facts out of our ass to support the 75k bond!!!

At least in the rekieta arraignment and hearings THE "FACTS" were actually used as was found in the warrant and the affidavit. Here the STATE and judge were just tossing out examples of why HROs are needed and NOT actually saying any if the acts mentioned were what happened in this case???

The 10% is only if you use a bail bondsman. If you put up the full amount you get it all back. You can also usually put up a property for bail, but it's a fairly technical process so you usually still have to pay a bondsman to do it correctly, but it's generally less than the 10% you get if you have no collateral, because they don't have to care if you pull a runner, since they still get a secured interest in the property they can collect on whether or not you flee to Mexico like the Gunt.

Frankly I think that argument is bullshit. The purpose of bail isn't to punish you before trial, it's to ensure you show up. It's more important that Aaron actually showed up for all his previous court appearances than what he did, since his priors are really absolutely irrelevant to whether or not he's a flight risk.

He sure picked the wrong place to be a whammen disrespecter, though, in what is apparently SJW cunt county. The DA literally cites "social justice."

I mean hes got two problems in Stearns County with being a flagrant whammen direspecter. The prosecutor's public profile starts like this: "trail blazer, a champion for social justice, a proponent of women’s empowerment, a public safety zealot and a gifted musician.”


And the Judge is youngish liberal lady appointed by Governor Walz. I'm guessing he is going to ask for a new judge soon, following Rekieta's lead.

I'm mean generally, I get everyone involved in the Minnesota court system is likely SJW, Queen Kamala person, but Aaron does have legit and obvious issues with women. He cheated on and divorced the mother of his children, and slandered her for years on his dumb program until she got a restraining order. Then his new BPD wife and ex-wife were talking behind the scenes about him being a monster and abuser. His idol is Anthony Cumia for God's sake, most famous for biting women.

Either way, this is bad state and county to be Ethan Ralph-tier misogynist. The bail analysis by the judge and prosecutor was designed as punishment, not assuring he kept court dates. Maybe he should consider beautiful tropical Mérida......

You're wrong. The language restricts direct or indirect mentions AND/OR disparaging comments. It's broader than just disparaging comments. This is the same mistake Aaron constantly makes. It's why Aaron thought he could talk about "his cousin" or "Crowder" as a code for his ex-wife which is what got him the violation of the HRO.

His current HRO from Ashley has the exact same language. Purely mentioning her on social media is not allowed. He can talk about her all he wants to his friends - but the restriction is purely on the show/broadcast since that's where the problem was.
