We lost a real one today friends, this hurts more than I can admit.

I might just watch more of his videos out of tribute, even if I don’t know where to start. Paul was a real gem out of fake diamonds in the rough. Prayers and condolences to his family.

I do not know my first but my favorite was all of them. I think if I had to pick it was his home defense video where he described why some shotgun rounds were not a great choice.

"How to spot a fake expert."

It was a big influence on me when I was in the firearms business. It really helped me shape the way I approached situations where something I wasn't familiar with came up. Instead of "that doesn't exist", my default response became "that isn't something I'm familiar with". It helped reinforce a humble approach to firearms and sales in general that I've carried forward with me in the various careers I've had in the last decade.

Despite being an "e-celeb" or whatever anyone cares to describe him as, Paul was very grounded in the real world, was a very sensible person, and his manner of explaining things and his approach to sharing knowledge was a big influence on me. Even though it wasn't a surprise, especially considering the video they uploaded yesterday, his death has hit me a lot harder than I thought it would. I'm grateful that he left his knowledge with the world.

He was a dental assistant for a long time. Imagine getting your teeth cleaned by him. "We're in the office today so bear with any drilling you hear in the background. Now, a lot of viewers have asked me, do you really need to wait 24 hours after a filling before you eat? Well, today we'll find out."

For all his faults, the "beef" from YM was a goof. I do not see him celebrating this; indeed, he's said very much the opposite (including tonight at the beginning of his stream)

Unlike the one with Caleb "gun nuts media" Giddings (for which the paul video "Rebuttal" was created).
