Still, the hate isn't going to fade anytime soon. It's a historical trend. There are still people in China mad about Mao and what he did to the nation. The same goes Castro, or Hitler, or Marx, or any other controversial politician, whether you think he's cool or not.

Yeah, but he didn't really do anything yet. Those people have a history while Trump hasn't even been inaugurated. What if he actually does a good job?

While I agree with the point you're making, like others have stated, Trump hasn't done shit yet but save a few jobs in Indiana (though the deal is more centered around the parent company than Carrier herself and has implications that are more focused on very bloated defense contracts than anything else) and said some hilarious shit about pussy grabbing. Dude hasn't murdered anyone, much less millions of anyone.

The left is doubling down on the ''help them minorities!!11'' instead of focusing on the blue collar worker.
They wont win using this argument in 2020,i expect they will lose even more votes if trump does somewhat better than the last 8 years of obama.
