Not necessarily. Most, if not all, carriers do not persist the content of the message but they persist some metadata (from, to, message type, timestamp, etc.).

So you could see that Aaron sent an MMS at whatever time which would certainly support the allegation.

When you see message content in criminal cases it is typically because a forensic extraction has been performed on the phones themselves, not from the carrier.

You cannot find cases by name search while they are active.

You can only find the info by searching the case number.

So if someone is super bored the option to manually type in all possible case numbers could work. Look at older cases for the case number conventions. I believe 73-FA-24-XXXX would be it for the country Aaron lives in, where FA stands for Family I believe and CR would be CRiminal, CI is CIvil and TR is TRaffic.
