McDonalds - I'm Lovin' It

The Coke-On app in Japan is doing an collab with McDonalds.

Every time you buy food using the McDonalds app and then getting Coca-Cola branded drink (Minute Made, etc) you get a stamp on the Coke-On app (One drink = One Stamp, so if you buy more than one drink, you get multiple stamps.)

I generally don't eat McDonald's (or other fast food), I'm fat enough already, but in the last couple months I've had four different meals there due to circumstance; two eat in, two take away, but all four times it's been cold, limp, and rather anaemic. ★☆☆☆☆

edit: Also the goddamn filthy stealing kikes charged £2 at the drive-through for a large fries but the receipt said £1.99. Give me the fucking penny you owe me you cheating bastards!

I haven't been to mcdonalds in months. Told myself I was gonna treat myself to some free fries or something from my bonus points before they expire. But, when I got there, there was ZERO traffic. The thought of getting stale fries wasn't appetizing, so I left with nothing.

theres a 2 for $5 deal with McDoubles where im at, apparently theres a difference between the McDouble and Double Cheeseburger, you save a metric fuck ton just going with the 2 McDoubles instead of 2 double cheeseburgers, and they taste the same

McDouble has one slice of American cheese, double cheeseburger has two. You could probably pay something like $0.50 for another slice on each and they'd be exactly the same thing.

Yeah, you're only going to really notice a difference if you really like cheese or get them plain. The condiments and other toppings more than cover for that difference usually.

Remember when McDonald's was good? Yeah me neither!

I stopped eating fast food, it's been a while. I remember eating McDonalds not long ago because why not,... I can't believe people eat this shit. It's the same with frozen processed food. It tastes like nothing, it's flavorless and at best/worse you taste the chemicals that are put in it to stimulate sensations on your tongue.

I should be happy as it's a rip off anyways. But man, I;ll admit they are Gods at marketing. They knew what they were doing by using nostalgia to maintain long term "users". Eating McDoanlds is nostalgic and I'll never be able to relive that childhood bliss of being unaware of the horrors of the world, including the manipulation tactics and disease causing nonsense the food industry puts into our food.

There's little difference in taste if you eat them plain.

Haven't eaten at McDick's for over a year, and I have a general rule of no more than once a month for any kind of fast food, and even then it's usually something like Culver's or Five Guys (usually tell them to hold those godawful fries).

I've had the Firecracker McCrispy with Bacon from McDonalds and I actually really liked it. It's something about it having that creamy spicy sauce that I liked. I also tried the McArch and I really liked that one too.

Once every 90 days or so I come to this thread and suggest that people request fresh fries. They have a button for it. It's called "cooked to order." If you say please and tell them you don't mind waiting, it's easy as pie.

Also, you should get pies.

One time they gave me double cheeseburgers when I had ordered McDoubles, and that second slice of cheese was too much on a smaller burger. I felt like Homer after he ate 64 slices of American cheese.

Even the Big Mac only has one slice.

The notion that a customer has to specifically request hot fries sort of spells why the entire fast food industry is shit and I never enjoy negotiating a purchase.

They would rather serve you shitty stale fries and make you beg them to do their job properly than do it right the first time.

I hate having to be an asshole to a minimum wage flunky to ensure proper service, when it sort of invites the special treatment I am not looking for. If everyniger has to beg for hot fries, it seems to me like mcdonalds is doing something wrong to begin with.

its crazy how all it took was making fastfood expensive for people to eat elsewhere/better.

Chilis has a "3 for me" where you can get a burger/salad/fries/drink for the same price as a large big mac meal. Then there's early bird specials at other dine-in resturants such as steak houses. Like if you're going to be spending $15 on a meal, why go to Mcdonalds instead of a legit place. fuck tipping the person. they don't need $3 that badly.

If they don't always serve fries hot and fresh I just stop going there. I don't trust a place serving soggy, old fries even to cook them to order and not just cheat by throwing them back in the fryer again. The last McDick's in any town I go to that could manage doing fries correctly started fucking up their fries with new management and I haven't been back to one since.

I think they're all like that now because of delivery apps. If most of the cold fries you send out get no complaints because they're going to sit for a half hour anyway, it's one less thing to worry about.

Getting McDonald's fries delivered would be insane, however.
