Plus, Cyberpunk 2077 was bad on console, specifically the versions for PS4 and, uh, the other one. That is, the passing generation of consoles the game hadn't been designed to run on, because the business side of CDProjekt Red saw dollar signs and forgot what a reputation is. I played it on PC (master race), on an almost 5-year-old midrange-at-best rig, and it ran just fine. So surely Phil's shiny new ULTIMATE GAMING PC WITH BLINKY COLORED LIGHTS can run Cyberpunk properly.

But to do that Phil would have to buy the game again, you say? Apart from the fact that he's bought SF6, what, 37 times now? Let us not forget the skeezy fucker finished his Cyberpunk 2077 playthrough and then returned it for a full refund.

He did one and dones against anybody who beat him for a day during EVO and barely got into the 1600s. All it took for him to lose points was facing anybody in the low 1500s with skill, who would take a ton of points from him.

I'll be honest, he's a Diamond 4/5 player that has snuck into the 1500-1550 range just because people have stopped playing. My stance is anybody from Diamond 4 up to Master with a pulse destroys him.

Holy crap, that house is valued at $381.9 per sqf and is grossly overvalued. For an area were home sales are happening a lot more that's actually crazy. It's not really a good square footage either, its in a shit area and you can for example buy homes down south or mid for less and get a pool with it. I was actually listening to a finance guy today and he was saying one reason so many homes are up is a mix of expensive costs in the area and the need for money, I know that area is very pricey living wise.
