Their Muslims are alright because the country was largely secular until the Islamic revolution in the late 1970’s.

Whereas a lot of Muslim countries have had over a millennium of indoctrination to hate outsiders, and that their way is the only right way.

Not a doc but orbital decompression is on of the most extreme surgeries imo,
Basically they dig your skull bone behind the eyes so they will move closer to your face. It is really risky. Diet obsessed youtuber Frank tuffano got orbital decompression along with orbital rim implant, lower eyelid lift and upper eyelid repair since he and his plastic surgeon felt that his eyes were bulging,you could see the bottom white and downturned. He is now upset and his vision is fucked

I understand that surgery for the disease, that poor woman's eyes looked like they were going to fall out one day before she had it. But that guys eyes were perfectly fine, had no need for that to be done.
Guess it's a great example of how some plastic surgery is necessary in actual medical cases, but for purely cosmetic reasons it often just ends in a shitshow.

Yeah this one is just straight stupid. Has anyone told him about tweezing his close set eyebrows? Only getting upper eyelid surgery? 'Only' getting upper and lower done? He went from looking like a fag to having Ellen/Elliot Page's permanently-in-extreme-pain neutral facial expression.
