I'll be honest, if the US had any real interest in stopping shootings like this they'd stop fucking doing these media shitshows. The first thing anyone learns in any decent Communications course is Werther Effect. The absolutely botched media coverage of Columbine, Sandy Hook, Virginia Tech etc already made it so that there'll be school shootings for a good few decades and the more liberal media tries to weaponize it because muh guns bad by making it the big story of the week/month with crying families and two-hour long exposes, the more they're gonna happen.
