The most cynical explanation is the most likely. The Three-Letter agencies are just the Gestapo with more paperwork and extra lawyers.

My guess would be that the FBI finds a few dozen spicy posts from angry tweens and teens on any given day. The overwhelming majority are just shitposts. Of those that aren't, most get therapy or some other kind of intervention. We wouldn't hear about these because of privacy laws. But we would hear about the random shitposter who turned out to be serious about shooting up the school.

Either way, fingerprinting him would have been trivial. I can guarantee he is not some 1337 cyber security pro, using Tails OS. He was probably logged into multiple accounts and implicated himself in 1000 different ways that none of them cared to look into.

The majority of mass shooters, spree killers and serial killers had fathers. Men played no significant role in childcare for thousands of years and for many centuries children seldom saw their fathers. The "fatherlessness behaviour" narrative is bullshit.

And you know, I'm not giving feds the benefit of the doubt when they can do things like put Dylan Roof's friend in jail for 2 years, just because he didn't take some comments seriously and report him. They have as much authority as they want to have. Whatever is convenient for them to tell the public.

looking at the time things happened from the more informative posts here, it looks like mom left, dad had custody, kid started posting about shooting up the school, then FBI visited. kid started posting about spree killers and being afraid of sirens after that.

think it was the DoJ that had the statistics that mass shooting perpetrators had 3 common background traits- being male, domestic violence reported in the household (by/against anyone in the household), and a felony of aggrievement about a perceived hurt (real or not). Mom, crazy as she might be, leaving the house, that's enough of a hurt for a kid that age.

if the feds or local cops "monitored" every shitposting teenager they'd be doing nothing else, there's too many of those.

edit to add: you retards need to lay off sandy hook, there's evidence galore but the forensic community isn't going to give it to a flock of morons to gloat about online. the fact that they didn't leak those photos is evidence of a better investigation, not a worse one.

No. He cannot. Very few people decide to carry out shooting rampages. Broads do it once in awhile. Most of the time it's a man, but either way, it's such an insignificant fragment of the overall population that it's not only meaningless to try and find overarching patterns, it's also quite cringe.

I’d say it’s just more likely that we don’t know his actual username as opposed to what some people seem to be assuming, that he didn’t have an internet presence.
