What does "ICO" mean in this instance? Here, an awful lot of organisations have their lawyer/accountant/tax agent as their point of contact with the Tax Office and use that address as their registered office. It doesn't denote ownership in any way.

I wonder if the reason Greta isn't listed on the IRS forms is because f some prior issues with the IRS? Like she owes back taxes, or if there is a lien on any paid back taxes that she or her businesses get?
Nina can't be on it because she isn't a citizen, I get that . But this? I wonder if she owes child support to her ex? That would be huge, because she kept mentioning her having been a "single mother raising a disabled child alone" in the past. At the very least it may tarnish that halo she keeps duct taping to her head.
