see, here is one of the many reasons the njp failed, besides being a grift. leaders dictate the culture of an organization. mike, being a basic bitch libtard has internalized the meritocracy meme. thats not to say that people most qualified for a position shouldnt recieve it, but above average intelligent people take it to mean " being smart entitles me to be an asshole., social skills are for stupid people." how this played out in the njp was organizational brinksmanship from the first day to the last. every major and minor decsion was predicated by threats of expulsion from the organization and any friends you still had on the inside werent allowed to talk to you anymore. and i am not pulling this out of my ass sven says as much in his just jesse njp post mortem that mike tried to run njp like he runs trs. every employee dispute led to an explosion. why? no concept of diplomacy. you are either with a trsodomite, or against them. no middle ground, no room for compromise, understanding or agreeing to disagree. the truth is what mike says it is, end of discussion. or it was, until yet another political project he was involved with, (and was in charge of this time!), blew up in his face. by counterproductive, you didnt happen to mean starting an ambiguous political organization with vague goals and no clear direction and then letting it wither on the vine did you?
