Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

It is my opinion that Chantal suffered what is clinically known as a diabetes-related hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) seizure, more commonly known as diabetic shock.
Are you sure? Cutie isn't really in the business of moderation. Is it actually possible her blood sugar has dropped dangerously low? I suppose there's a chance she finally decided to take her insulin but because she doesn't test frequently enough and she never attended her diabetic education, she completely overshot the required dosage.

I have no medical background so I'm just spitballing here, but I've done a similar thing when I've been fighting exhaustion. I've had bouts of sleep paralysis before that feel a lot like that looked.

She had no seizure, she was simply recharging her fat fuck self with more demonic entities. I mean, sure, I wish some medfag here would just confirm that this imbecile is about to die, but this will never happen: I am now convinced that Chantal is an unholy mutant. Six years of watching this cow do things to herself that would destroy a Brontosaurus, and yet she's more full of joie de vivre than ever. I cannot fathom any of it.

But will she outlive DSP?

It's certainly possible. I know she's currently larping as a Muslim, but alcohol consumption can lead to hypoglycemia, although I am completely ignorant of her history with alcohol. It's also possible that she overdosed on her insulin. In the last few minutes I've given a cursory review of the last few pages of the thread, and I actually have developed a hypothesis.

Just reading some of your comments here, I have gathered that she is both 1. Terrible at maintaining a medication schedule and 2. Currently storing her insulin at room temperature for some ungodly reason. Now, the primary concern with unrefrigerated insulin is that it will denature over time, leading to it becoming gradually less effective. Now, that being said, modern preservatives are able to keep insulin stable below 77°F for up to a month, this is important.

Here is my hypothesis, which is based wholly on ten minutes of thread reading, what I know of Chantal from MATI, and my personal medical experience, so take it for what it's worth: I believe it is very possible that Chantal has seen people shitting on her for items 1 and 2 I listed above, and she did a cursory Google search of the effects of warm insulin, and came to the conclusion that, since warm insulin is less effective, she would simply double up her doses, which could lead to this kind of diabetic shock. In addition, diabetic shock is hardest to recognize right before bed or in the early morning, because the sleepiness at the end of the day and the grogginess of early morning can mimic or mask a lot of the earliest diabetic shock symptoms.

Just my two cents. I welcome any feedback or questions you have.

I watched the clip of her… whatever it was, a few times.

The swaying head, droopy eyes and snapping her eyelids open could be her simply falling asleep for whatever reason.

What struck me is just before her eyes close, her eyeballs roll up. Maybe it’s just my incorrect perception but I associate that with “passing out” or a seizure rather than simply falling asleep.

Her breathing was fairly harsh when she was “out” as well.

I’m so 50/50 on a green out vs seizure still.
She’s looking terrible either way.

She’s been doing versions of this for years. She suddenly stills, looks off, rolls her eyes, either makes a weird noise or breathes, stays like that a few seconds than comes back and doesn’t know it’s happened. I have always thought she has some sort of neurological disorder. The tics, these seizures, repetitive behaviors, all indicate something going on in her brain.

That said, she’s likely had untreated diabetes as long as we’ve been watching too. I know very little about diabetes so it could be blood sugar fluctuations.

I'm surprised no one's brought up microsleeps. I think she's just tired, drugged, lazy, AND has out of control blood sugar, so she basically just went DURRR involuntarily out of poor health.

I get used to get micro sleeps, and I think it's a micro sleep, since she said she needed a coffee afterwards. The death sigh sounded like her breathing was shifting into sleep mode, and that's all it was.

Her eyes rolling up was fuckin weird, though.

I think this seizure speculation is a new level of retardation with the Google-based medical speculation. I don’t get how people are so willing to talk out of their ass with zero knowledge of what they’re talking about. She didn’t have any kind of seizure, whether absence hypoglycemic or otherwise. It looks nothing like any generalized or focal seizure activity. This “episode” people are concerned about is very clearly her dozing/nodding off for a few seconds. Jesus Christ.

And before people start on the DKA train for the millionth time, she has type TWO diabetes. DKA requires the body to enter ketoacidosis which in her case is not going to happen since her pancreas has remaining functionality and she’s eating 24/7. It happens in type 1 diabetes due to the destruction of their insulin producing cells which has effects on the body’s ability to do glucose metabolism. It is extremely rare for it to occur in T2DM. Her body makes insulin, she just has a high level of resistance to it. She could develop hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state where her blood is so full of sugar it fucks the body and circulation up, causes mega dehydration, alters the metal state and a hundred other things. But make no mistake if she was in HHS she would be delirious, confused, mouth dry as hell, it would look very clearly like a serious medical emergency. HHS is very dangerous and potentially deadly.

I came here to post basically this. Forgive me, I am a tourist from the community happenings thread, but hopefully I can shed some light. For context, I am a former paramedic and current first aid and TCCC instructor.

It is my opinion that Chantal suffered what is clinically known as a diabetes-related hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) seizure, more commonly known as diabetic shock. Diabetic shock can present in a multitude of ways, and can present differently in every individual. The most common symptoms of early diabetic shock are confusion, confused speech, blank stare, loss of consciousness of a period around 30 seconds without realizing it, profuse sweating, and muscle weakness and/or intense fatigue.

I'm not particularly familiar with this specific incident, so if anyone has any details they'd like to provide or wants questions answered, please don't hesitate, and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
My only question is: Does Chinny stop eating long enough to have low blood sugar?

And you think you'll be sorely missed here because...?
Anyway.
One more possibility: she knows people suspect that she could have seisures and what not. There's little she enjoys more than making drama.
How about: she feels sleepy and acts as if she has a bit of a 'seisure' to make us all speculate. That is one of the few things that give her a hard-on. She's an actress, an appallingly bad one, though.

Thanks so much, for keeping us abreast of your plans. Your completely stable, self-possessed, take on the medical issues of a fetid death fat, would’ve been sorely missed; everyone would’ve wondered where you went, as such an integral part of the threads. Now, we won’t have to guess.

The “source” part was funny, though. What a flex- you do realize that you’re not the only MD here, right?

I get it. Frustration with the repetitive peculiarities of this thread hits every long-time contributor.

Dear newfriend, correcting misinformation in-thread is always welcomed and is precisely how complaints such as yours are rectified. For future reference, however, we’re a flounce-free forum and as such, you don’t need to share when you’re fucking off (or why).

Bitch, this isn't your blog and no one here is required to treat your opinions as special because you chose to power level. Fuck off back to Reddit where you can get your precious fawning response you so dearly desire. Do you make your friends call you Dr.? I bet you do.

As I told someone else in a different thread yesterday: it's not a dick - don't take it so hard. What is it with people getting up their own ass around here lately?!
