Somewhere in one of her threads Emily claimed to have won a case against her mother, where in reality Emily wandered away into traffic with her brother or something and CPS/whomever did the paperwork. I don't remember the exact details but the documents were uploaded somewhere which disagrees with Emily's story on the incident. But as mentioned above it's a sidetrack and a distraction.
