Deleting it doesn't mean that it's gone. Either his phone, Aaron's, or possibly even one of their cell providers might still have a copy that the cops are able to access, either by forensically imaging the phones and running them through data extraction software designed for phones, or by subpoenaing either/both of their cell providers.I thought Geno deleted his copy, how'd they get it? Is photographs a catch all or is there more than one?
Whether the cell providers would have it depends mainly on whether they bother storing copies of MMS, or if they just archive the message text. Storage is cheap though.
