It could have been edited, but with the clomping of the heels not to mention the breathing and giggling combined with the little boy pumping his arms as fast as he could to run….that was a real video with a real little boy.

That video is proof that he’s done it at least semi recently, the hoodie the little boy is wearing is still in style and being produced.

Since we can confirm at least one or two accounts still exist and he would try to ward people off by calling them the pedophiles instead, he probably is literally getting off to the idea of negative attention and essentially indirectly confessing he knows he's in the wrong. It also doesn't surprise me that he may have stolen the "chasing" video since I'm almost certain Bri'ish kids would fight back against a 5'4" Quasimodo in drag trying to run in high-heeled boots with absolute ease. As for the editing skills, either that confirms what people speculated regarding the music producer lifestyle, or he's using basic editing apps that can be downloaded for free and correspond perfectly with popular social media such as Instagram, which is where all of this originated for years.

Sadly, it's probably real and serious since there are multiple testimonials of him doing this for nearly 30 years now by the locals of any town he's confirmed to have lived in. He definitely knows what he's doing and knows it's creepy, and is basking in everything he can for a rush, whether it be positive or negative.

I doubt it. If its not his then where did he get the original video? With all the attention drawn to this case I doubt someone wouldn't have tracked down the original video.

Given that everyone is kinda nonchalant about a grown man dressing as a school boy, it's not a huge leap of faith to suggest they are nonchalant about that same man chasing down kids.

Also, it's been apparent from day one that this man absolutely revels in his infamy.
