According to sources, Rikky showed up and saw the two men exit from the back/side door and go down the street to the corner store. He then saw the same two men come back after the police and ambulances showed up.

So here is Emily's proof and alibis so far

• Emily wasn't even there. This claim was easily disproved since everyone saw her there and she was in the police report. Why would an innocent person lie and say they weren't there?
• Emily was listening to music in her room and didn't hear or see anything. This doesn't line up with Emily saying she heard Mike ask her to bring scissors.
• Emily didn't even see the body. Then how did she give the scissors to Mike when he was holding up the body?
• Emily was online posting about the death while it was happening. Either she already knew about the death or she posted after the death and can't use it as an alibi.
• Kirstin actually died in Florida. Why even tell this lie? To confuse people looking into the truth?
• Pigeon wasn't there. Nobody said he was there. This is also throwing in irrelevant things to muddy the investigation.
• Emily never talked to the police/The police never suspected foul play/If Emily had anything to do with the death she would have been investigated. Emily eventually changed her story and admitted that she had been questioned by the police meaning they did have some doubts on if it was a suicide.
• Emily's mom or grandpa took her email account to send Kirstin harassing messages. Why? What was their motive? They wanted to frame Emily? This doesn't make sense. Emily was jealous of Kirstin and was the one who bullied her.
• Emily did t have any money that day to pay the two men. Very specific excuse. She could have paid them beforehand or afterwards. She could have paid them in other ways. When questioned about this, Emily is very sarcastic saying that she couldn't have paid in sex because Kiwifarms said she was fat and ugly.
• Emily had two alibis. On the Slambots video, Lisa admits she was cleaning the carpet and only assumed Emily was in her room because she was such a slob that she never left her room. Mike was cooking dinner and unless he was cooking in Emily's room, he wouldn't know if she was in there.
• Lisa and Kirstin's mother both agree with Emily. The messages she posted were years old, before all the evidence had come to light. On the Slambots video, Lisa seems to have changed her belief that Emily had nothing to do with it.

Also, keep in mind that Emily is such a terror that her entire family wants nothing to do with her. They still keep Rikky around and he was proven to have been involved in murder for cash.
