Do we know/think he lost the weight naturally or through surgery (sleeve/bypass/etc)?
I absolutely think he could've lost it naturally, it's not that drastic of a weight loss, and it still took him almost two years.
However with the money and resources he has, he would've been better off going for the surgery route imo.

Both surgery and Ozempic only help with self-control. Good for chronic overeaters, but since he was pretty skinny for most of his life and (likely) ate like a pig to make content, I'm not sure he would have needed those.

People screaming ozempic like retards don't understand what that drug does.

It just stops you being hungry, it doesn't melt fat in you. The law of thermal dynamics still apply to him, Nick cannot create or destroy energy and fat is just energy.

He could have water fasted with ozempic, so what. That shit's still difficult.

It looks like he's lost half his body weight in 7 months, that's insane. I'm going with water fasting as it looks like he lost muscle too, fat people do have muscle due to carrying extra weight around all the time.
people are questioning if it was ozempic not because it's a miracle drug, but because, if true, it'll point to two facts:
1. he cannot do it by himself, even if ozempic WAS just an appetite suppressor, he still needs one, meaning he's still addicted, meaning it'll all come right back
2. ozempic is NOT just an appetite suppressor, it's a dangerous drug that completely alters how your body processes food to the point where it can damage your stomach, if he IS on the drug then he has just made himself even sicker than he's ever been, and will no doubt balloon right back up when the drug is out of his system. that, or he'll continue taking it forever, since it's effectively the kinda drug that, once you take, you're stuck with your whole life unless you want to deal with the weight gain and withdrawal, and it'll likely kill him

Guy is thin but he looks pale, gaunt and unhealthy, something's weird. I am not saying ozempic but it's something. Maybe that's just how you look after you've been fat for so long, idk.

He lost both weight and muscle mass.

Looks like whomever theorized that his entire schtick was some sort of social experiment was right after all. QQQ. Recording videos to release them for 2 years in advance for this? I kneel. He might be a gay faggot but I'll heil that shit anyway

I guess on the one hand yes but on the other hand him *actually* being a hopeless lard ass who doesn't understand that he eats himself into an early grave was never a big part of the equation. He does gay feeder fetish content for perverted homosexuals, and will probably continue to do so and re-gain the weight or this integral part of his audience loses interest sooner or later - unless he actually made enough money to retire, in which case good for him.

But in a way it's like when you find out how the "eating glass" magic trick works. It's not a trick at all, magicians just grind glass with their teeth until they can swallow it, and they fuck up their teeth a bit more every time they do it. And similarly there isn't much mystery to what Nikocado has done. He crammed his body to the brink of collapse and then worked on losing the weight again. Impressive for sure, but respectable? Would it be impressive if he took one of those 5 inch diameter dragon dildos? Yeah, in a way? But it's still in no way something to be proud of. I don't think all the damage he has done to his body with his insane lifestyle is reversible. Each time he pulls off this trick he pays for it with a few years off of his life expectancy.

Ah, the old ‘I was only pretending to be retarded’ with added extreme weight gain and gluttony.

But for his sake I hope he manages to keep the weight off and doesn’t just become a depraved sexual deviant in other ways because he misses the attention.

I believe loose skin is common when someone loses a lot of weight in a short period of time.

I'm glad that Niko lost the weight he did, but there is something uncomfortable about him larping as some sort of anime villain. He lost the weight - yes, but the same causes for him getting that weight in the first place (being obsessed with attention and money) are all still there. It's clear that he's reveling in the attention he's receiving from this. So as many others, I am worried that he'll grow all of that weight back, but I also think there's nothing stopping him from conducting all sorts of forms of self-mutilation that isn't just force-eating, if he knows he'll receive attention from it. So there's no telling what he may do next and it may be even more dangerous than deathfat.

And ultimately, what point does he even prove with all of this? That people enjoy witnessing a village idiot for entertainment without much empathy? Maybe this would've been poignant if it happened over 10 years ago, similar to how Chris Chan tried it and for a moment many people genuinely started believing that it all was an elaborate social experiment... but after covid and everybody being forced to be online hardly anybody is left oblivious to how people online are merciless past any reasonable measure, at times being like scorpions stinging the frog they rely on not to drown.

I mean, if he feels so much superior to us from continuously self-mutilating himself... good for him I guess? But I have no clue how can he confidently exclaim "ha ha ha, I am a manipulative genius" when he very clearly is a victim of being conned by the internet algorithm to keep making videos where he's destroying his health. Who is truly manipulating whom here?

You'll always be fat to me, Nick.

I mean good for him. But spare us the smugness. "Haha I just pretended to gain 250 pounds and act like a buffoon!" Like are we really the ones that got "got" here? Will people stay around to watch thin Nick?

Isnt that pretty much the climate of social media and internet fame? People in Hollywood do the same doing and dance, maybe it used to be quieter decades past because we weren’t so desperate for every aspect of our lives to be shoved in an online space whether authentic or not? Idk nick never bothered me so much but you go Queen.
No, I guess when you put it that way, it isn't. But if a genie came to me and promised wealth and fame, but I had to be transported in Nikocados body 10 years ago and live and do all the shit he did, I'd refuse.

There's other ways to be famous. Just go on love island or something like everybody else.

Probably not. Lifelong fat people spend years in bodies that are accustomed (for lack of a better word) to being fat. I'm not saying it's healthy but short term fatness, in his case only a few years, doesn't seem to be as ingrained mentally. We know most of his presentation of a ridiculous person is fake and he knew what he was doing. So of course it would be easier for someone who wasn't really a food addict to lose the weight.

Whether or not he had surgery or drugs, he most likely had some kind of nutrition coach to help him make choices to relearn how to eat normally. It's like actors who gain or lose weight for roles they play and then are able to go back to normal later. Transitory fat, not chronic, long term fat. lol

As a PT with multiple fat whales as clients, many on ozempic, you are talking bollocks.

Withdrawal from ozempic, no mate. Not a chance.

Being a whale and fat (275lbs or more) puts you at huge risk of cancers and cardio issues. Huge risk.

Being normal weight and an ex-user of ozempic (which is just an appetite suppressor) is far healthier than being a whale, it's just not a debate.

This is like telling opioid users unless they quite cold turkey they are at risk of something compared to people that switch to methadone in rehab and then work off that. It's such nonsense.

As soon as he started to post less, people were already talking about him coming back skinny. It's shocking but not THAT shocking. Good for him. I still think Tammy's weightloss is way more shocking and the fact she's keeping it off.
