The angle of this shot looks like it was taken by someone laying on one of those beach beds because its out of alignment.
It could also be a him staging his phone on something, i personally used to stage my phone inside my shoes when trying to get a group photo in a beach.
Furthermore the image seems to be a cropped screenshot that was taken on IPhone 15 Pro on a portrait orientation. it was cropped on the bottom and not horizontally, possibly to hide parts or items belonging to the person taking the picture.
(the original image posted is 1290px in width which matches an iphone 15 pro max screen width in pixels exactly)
