You would run afoul of point 5 of the Open Source Definition (archive.is, Ghost Archive) , as published by the Open Source Initiative:

If you went around trying to exclude troons from your project while claiming it is open source, expect all manner of attack, up to and including lawfare. I don't recall if OSI has "Open Source" trademarked or not, but if they do, you could reasonably expect lawfare form them. Even if they're not fully pozzed yet (and there have been open attempts to to do so), trademarks have to be legally defended, or they will be lost. So, even if a majority of the board agree that troons are cancer, per their own rules, troon exclusion != Open Source. Therefore, someone claiming to do Open Source while violating point 5 would quite possibly be doing trademark dilution, and the OSI would have to attack that legally, or risk losing claim to the trademark.

Except that kind of is what they're doing. Imagine you're a contributor to a part of the Kernel which Rust integration is targetting. Something that has been really pissing me off lately is the shilling of the GOO ENGINE by ProfessorGoo/DillonGoo, from retards that don't know what they're talking about (Tiktok and Instagram retards, for example).

To summarize, this chink took blender source code, added some NPR node and edited the eevee engine a bit, and then paywalled it.
Blender is under GPLv3, so he's also required to provide the source, which he technically does. Except that you can't use that source code to build jack. He doesn't provide help, since the discord is behind the paywall, and even if he claims that you're paying for "just the built version", although I believe he's lying on multiple terms and breaching GPL, also the Build instructions are just for Blender, which wouldn't an issue if it wasn't for the fact that the built product doesn't work.
For starters, the github code only build a bunch of useless shit and a "blender-launcher.exe" with the goo engine logo. If you were to start it, it doesn't boot up because it's missing files it doesn't builds. If you try to put that blender-launcher.exe on an existing version of blender, it just launcher blender. I seriously hope someone catches wind of this Chinese Jew, because he's making some bank. I would be less livid if this annoying asshole would've been helping the upstream or at least joined the blender fund. Instead, he's telling people that he's done a "different blender" while all this thing is, is a glorified paid addon. This asshole even brags about Mihoyo being his client, so he's also using that fork for commercial use, so money isn't exactly an issue for this dev.

Like, you can even add other render engines, AMD did that with the ProRender (because AMD's drivers are so shit they wouldn't work with Cycles half the time)

It's funny/devastating how trannyism has become sort of a religion/cult in these circles. Many of these computer touchers are lonely people that spend all of their time online (which comes with things like social media and porn addiction and general desensitization) and I feel it's most of all like a herd/group they can belong to. It's extra convenient that that group tells them that all their problems with other people aren't the result of poor social skills, or adaption, or sometimes frankly just being an asshole that does not put any work into getting along with other people, but that they never were quite the "right" person to begin with. When they join the cult then, the goalposts are moved and then other people don't get along with them because they are *phobic and it's always about that and not about individual shortfalls and then it's reinforced through other members of the cult defending them against the "cruel outside that will never truly understand them" (it's actually quite the opposite, these people are quite transparent; they just don't really like what other people see in them) while never questioning them about their e.g. misogynistic or generally misanthropic views, poor lifestyle choices, "difficult" personalities or lack of proper goals in life.

There's not a universal reason why a particular person decides to join the cult but the more I think about it the more I feel especially in these circles the portrayal of the computer toucher as a lonely, weird genius in popular culture plants the seed in many young people. The portrayal of the hacker that is also a socially successful and well integrated member of society is incredibly rare. These people then fall into that role very young as children like to emulate archetypes, to belong. Then of course there is also the rampant grooming on an industrial scale through social media like discord, where perverts then snatch these people up at a very young age. I really wonder when this will end. It won't end with Gen Z, that much seems to be clear. On the other hand, it doesn't feel exactly sustainable either.

This is an good observation. The major hacker movies (Matrix franchise, Hackers) and anime (Lain) portrays the hacker protagonists as extremely different from the society. Hackers characters are lightly bending gender stereotypes, which troons immediately pulled over the line to say it's queer and trans symbolism - which I don't agree with, because despite the costumes, the gender/sex of the characters is clear cut:

Even Cereal (Matthew Lillard, 2nd from the right) is not even close to how a troon looks and behaves today, despite being the flamboyant gay character in the movie he is still masculine.

Then you have the Matrix - there is one theory that the Matrix is an allegory of transsexualism but I think that came up much later, when the Wachowski brothers became sisters, I don't agree with that theory at all and I don't see it like that. It came up years later, but the cult turns facts into opinions and the other way around.

And finally Lain is portrayed as a socially inept girl child spending all day long in PJs, so all the tech trannies immediately go "literally me" because it validates their three deepest desires, to be a child, to be left alone by the scary society and three to be a girl. All these three are connected because these people never managed to mentally grow up, they are afraid of the adult life and are actively fighting against it.

I'm not sure how the characters in Mr Robot are, I did not watch it, maybe someone here can share some thoughts.
