I regret that DunMeshi became popular in the west. I've seen so many neverending horrors that it's becoming hard to watch the actual anime. I guess as Hero Academia has imploded, all the gendies and fujos are fleeing to DunMeshi to fag it up. Biden needs to issue a public apology to Japan for these warcrimes. It's worse because the characters have body type variety so fatties have swarmed it, despite the canon characters all being athletic adventurers. They aren't stick figures like most anime, okay, but that is a world apart from gelatinous obeast blobs who can't walk 3 city blocks without getting winded. Obeasts can't seem to differentiate an otherwise athletic person with a "well fed" level of padding, versus a McDonalds regular who is 75% bodyfat.

That has me actually wondering how Donut (“I might go homeless…?”) is doing these days. Still living in an expensive hotel room? I haven’t bothered to check. Might be worth it to see if any more trauma dump comics have fallen under the radar, since those are always funny.

Honestly, I was about to write a post how if I didn't know anything about Dungeon Meshi I would have just assumed it's some slice of life yuri sludge after seeing so much wholesome chungus yuri fanart not only posted in this thread but also on Twitter and Tumblr in general when it comes to this series, but I think this person did a better job expressing my thoughts and you can apply this to 99% of the drawings posted here.

Same here I'm kinda okay with Farcille before the western fans got loud and obnoxious now I'm kinda at high alert when seeing Farcille fan arts because certain fans of those ship are extremely aggressive when pushing their head canon ship.
Also between Laicille and Farcille I like Laicille because how they bond in the story.
