Is the left starting to walk back the trans shit?

Only some parts of the left are slightly toning down their rabid tranny worship in discourse, but in LAW they're pressing forward with even greater zeal. TTD.

Some are definitely trying to climb down from an insane ideological position. Especially in the UK and much of Europe, where tranny worship never was as ingrained as in the US. In USA, Canada and down under, I feel that tranny madness is a strong as ever.

The problem for the left is that no compromise position will satisfy either side, so walking back TWAW is difficult.

Either a tranny goes into women's prison or not. Either Lia Thomas gets to compete as a female or not. Either you are what you say you are, or you are what your allosomes determine. It's not like with tax policy, where you can find a middle position easily.

So basically, they're like anime villains who went on a crazy path and now have to double-down on it even in the face of heroes who are saying "you know you're killing people, right?"

That's not quite the analogy I would have gone with, but yeah, sunk cost fallacy is a huge thing in the trans community.

Right on the money. I got plenty of progressive friends since I live in a big city and place in the center-left in regards to Anglo Politics. What you said explains how I felt after every conversation I've had with a progressive/post-modern/intersectional friend of mine.

I think so, and I'll tell you my unorthodox methodology. A while back, I noticed that every single brewery I looked up had a drag-related event planned within a couple weeks. All of them. It was uncanny.

I just did it again and almost none of them are doing it any more.

I don't know if it's because the NGO that was obviously organizing them all ran out of money or because the breweries themselves realized their customers hated it, but it appears one tentacle of leftism is slowly slithering back to hell.

Why the HRT? Why the surgery? Why do you shave? Why did you pop pimples as a teen?
It's an effort to make their outside appearance look a little closer to how they want to look. Trannies visit Dr Choppy's house of horrors for effectively the same set of reasons a jew gets a nose job. They don't like the way they look so they have it changed.
None of this is inconsistent with "typical" tranny delusions.
 
I think they might just be lessening their focus on it a little bit. In a way they got what they wanted; HRT for the children, people losing their jobs who disagree, big corporations flying that clusterfuck of a flag every month, mainstream politicians supporting it.
They don't need everyone to be on board with their thoughts, as long as they got the big players on their side they pretty much won.

They're probably now warming up for their next (degenerate) belief to be pushed into the public eye.
