Unsure if he's still around. Truly, we have no way of knowing if he's on a backlog, uploading in chronological order, etc. The buildings' he's been spotted in are infamous squatter spots, though. Even if he has long since abandoned them. Since he's reported to be around 50, it's not too unrealistic to me that his parents could have died when he was in his 20s and that's when he would have started this roaming behaviour.

I believe it was around the time a bunch of memes started cropping up around him. I've heard of him roughly, everyone has. But I've never heard of any actual crimes he's ever committed. It makes me wary when I see posts talking about how he's done this or that. Because he barely talks to people aside from his "I'm just 13 years old!" Schtick, nobody knows too much about him.
And because he is so unnerving and so generally unknown, people are prone to just say whatever. I've heard stuff about prostitution, no clue how true. People just say these things becuase, well, he's not going to refute it. But he honestly just seems like a neglected tard.
