first off, they wont benefit because its a tax deduction not a loan or a grant. secondly, its not a policy because there isn't anything that explains how many years its in effect or what qualifies for the deduction: is it a straight line item or are qualifying expenses that can be deducted. a year tax deduction for a startup is useless because most business dont make 50k in net income to be taxed in the first year.
