Yeah, pretty true.In this modern era debates really don't have the same punch they did back before the computer and smart phone were how most people got their information. Back in the TV days the television was the most common way to gets news so when something huge like a debate happened millions of people watched.
Now in the modern era where you're blasted by political shit as soon as you go online, a debate this late really isn't going to change minds. The people who are undecided by this point and actually watched the debate are either.
1. apathetic to the point of not even voting in the first place
or
2. so rare that you could consider them a statistical error
It's no wonder both sides are considering their leader to have won the debate. To say otherwise would be putting on a face of weakness. It's just a circus for monkeys to scream and throw poop at at this point.
The main audience for these debates are political pundits who use it to say “OMG! TOTAL TRUMP/KAMALA VICTORY!! TRUMP/KAMALA HUMILIATED!!” For their shitty articles and YouTube videos afterwards.
It’s my impression that regular people don’t pay attention to these or political “news” in general.
What will determine the election is how people feel. About the economy, immigration, foreign wars.
Which is why I think Trump will win.
