Does everybody recall the post Superbowl official city celebration? Rumors in media started up it was a disgruntled white racist with a premeditated plan. PL: Im going to Vegas this weekend with some friends who all love people spotting. Anyone know of any hotspots to watch nigger behavior besides the usual suspects? ie Popeyes.
