You posted exactly what was on my mind. It seems he doesn't care if he doesn't sound like a schoolboy. All David wants is to look like a caricature of sorts and I believe something happened to him as a kid that made him this way. It reminds me of the machine life forms from Nier:Automata, endlessly going on and on with their programming. His opsec is weird too - we don't know his confirmed surname but we do know how he looks like out of costume. I think he gets off on being exposed when he pretends to be a schoolboy...
Horrorcows often get off on their own infamy and exposure, with one of the more infamous examples being Luca Magnotta who obsessively spammed sock accounts talking about how horrifyingly outrageous and evil his latest ploy for attention was or was going to be, with these accounts overtly announcing his torture and killing of animals and eventually his murder and mutilation of a chink student well in advance along with "WHY WONT SOMEONE STOP THIS EVIL MAN!?" style quips. A more recent though still canadian and horrifying example would be Jonathan Yaniv who still goes out of his way to court as much negative attention as possible and be as despicable as he can to people IRL while hiding behind the letter of the law and uncaring enforcers of the law to escape consequence
David's a pretty good guess given it seems to be a consistent name used across his characters, but for all we know his legal name is Rajendra and he started calling himself David to try and fit in with the kids in school back in the day. He's transient and possibly squatting or in a group home, so even if we did have his name it's unlikely he'd show up on any public records. It might be possible to try and find classmates of his, as I think it's quite possible he did indeed attend Stockwell Manor School in the 1970s, but I imagine the private facebook group for alumni has been flooded with requests from Zoomers. Certainly related school pages from places he mentioned but DIDN'T attend have been getting thicko zoomer attention, like this post in the Beaufoy school Facebook group:

I made up the name Rajendra, my point is that his first name is likely David but we don't know that it actually is his real name and it could be absolutely anything. David is a name he continually uses in reference to himself, or has his characters refer to a half-brother or brother called David, so it seems probable his first name is David, but there's no proof.
