What is funny is that if he had waited a year for the Apple Silicon RISC processor powered mackbooks to come out, the base model mackbook air would run circles around whatever intel powered garbage he bought in terms of videon-processing. Those old intel MBP were not apple’s best effort. But that’s ok. It’s just a magic talisman for Jack since he clearly doesn’t do Jack shit for editing and has constant compatibility issues that nobody else seems to have.

IANAL, but based on the titling in the screenshot, it looks like Jack and Tammy are the trustees, meaning they exercise control over the trust assets (though they still have to administer the trust per the original agreement). I also can’t tell if it’s a revocable or irrevocable trust, though it doesn’t specify leading me to think revocable (meaning the trust agreement can be altered).
