Look, the point is the legal basis for Greenland to join the USA. I only brought it up because I was trying to explain by analogy because you seem to think the King of Denmark has political authority over Greenland. I am telling you that if the people of Greenland in a popular referendum choose something they have that authority and cannot be gainsayed by the state of Denmark. Hell they could vote for independence without joining the USA and have it. That may happen anyway. There's been increasing move towards it. They've had full autonomy since 2009 barring some unified monetary integration. Hell they even left the EEC independently. They are NOT a political unity with Denmark. When it was suggested that Greenland join the USA it wasn't Denmark that shut it down, it was the Greenland Premier who said it wouldn't happen.

Stick to the point and either learn from what someone is telling you or refuse to be wrong on the Internet and start hitting Wikipedia looking for things to copy paste that sound like counter-arguments to you. Your choice but I am telling you Denmark doesn't get to say whether Greenland joins the USA or not. The USA and Greenland do and only those two. I don't see how Harris herself benefits from it either, quite honestly! The moderators doing most of the "debating" against Trump last night makes Kamala look incredibly weak, for starters.

Sure, the moderators made the debate all about the Orange Cheeto Hitler Man, but Kamala really needed to sell herself to the American people last night, which was a total failure. Trump Derangement Syndrome isn't going to gain any new voters at this point; it has definitely hit its ceiling.

The moderators controlling where the debate went last night prevented both candidates from talking about policy.

I don't see how another one of these "debates" like last night would be remotely helpful or productive at this point for the average voter. Like I said ... I'm just tired, and I don't want to waste my time talking about the fucking Proud Boys again. lol.

The more I think about the debate last night, though, the better Trump does look. Sure, I maintain that he missed some opportunities and took the bait about crowd sizes when he shouldn't have, but he did corner Kamala on a few issues too. For example, the way he got her to avoid answering whether she'd support late term abortions or infanticide as she laughed and scoffed it off was great the more I think about it.

And Trump's response to Kamala bragging about how she met with Zelensky 3 times by asking if she's bothered to talk to Putin was fantastic.

If you really wanted Greenland to join the USA and for Denmark to accept an offer perhaps the population of Greenland could be convinced on their own. Most are Inuit, not Danes and right now there is a currently investigation into a eugenics case where the Danish government forcibly sterilized thousands of women in Greenland in the 1960s and 1970s for population control reasons.
