Haiti has many people who practice Vodou, and 20,000 of those people have been brought to Ohio, where only a fraction of them know / have bothered to learn English.

If we act alone on the uptick reports of animals going missing, and not assuming they've been eaten (though @Larry David's Opera Cape has provided four excellent videos showcasing their dining habits,) then maybe something is going on.

I for one think we should focus less on the animals thing, and focus more on the horrifying AIDS crisis (800% increase according to reports) that's been brought into Springfield by the men slowly driving by houses staring at 10 year old girls and the 19 year olds put into classes with 13 year olds.
