I'm actually entertaining the idea that Trump was right about Kamala the other night and that Joe Biden can't stand her, hates her and would fucking wear a MAGA speedo if it pissed her off.

I don't know what hold they have over Biden anymore. He's not able to handle a debate or his job anymore but I think with sufficient rest and his wife to keep nudging him along he's still generally aware of what they're doing to him - sidelining him in front of someone he was probably told he had to pick as VP. Biden was an arrogant son of a bitch in his time and he's still technically president. I wouldn't be shocked if he (and his wife) are pretty angry about the coup against him. Maybe he's passed Denial and Bargaining and moved into Spiteful.
Pretty sure The Party got fuckton of dirt on him but democrat party didn't save his son from being thrown in prison which must have pissed him off. Who knows. He doesn't have much time in his world and maybe he should do us a favor and do the thing that will turn the world upside down.

Lol! Cope. I was the one that said Greenland would have to become independent in order to sell itself. The argument was that it couldn't just sell itself without doing that first.
Why don't you quote the part a few lines above and to which I was replying where you said:
The Kng of Denmark (I assume?) has to agree to sell it first though
No. He doesn't. And that was what I said was wrong and that is what you have been arguing against me over repeatedly to the point I'm bored, everyone else is bored and probably even Wikipedia is bored of you looking things up in it to quote at me. You made a wrong statement. I replied to it and said so. You have spent the last several pages slowly shrinking into a corncob. Move on like I am now doing.

Are people still denying he was shot? It happened live. It is not like it was prerecorded. It happened in front of thousands of people. Other people were shot.
Yes. People have been saying Trump faked it. somehow. Not a lot of them. But a few of them.
Big Tech has been burying the story as well.

By Max Burns, Democratic strategist
There’s a long-standing theory in politics that whoever controls the first 15 minutes of a debate will go on to control the entire evening. That was certainly the case back on June 28, when former President Donald Trump dominated the first presidential debate so completely that President Joe Biden faced immediate calls to drop out of the race.
What a difference a few months can make. In his first outing against new Democratic nominee Kamala Harris, Trump spent almost the entire evening on the defensive against both Harris and moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis. Faced with a real-time fact-checking of some of his outlandish statements, Trump inadvertently conceded what millions of Americans have known for years: His policy positions are mostly based on whatever he’s seen on far-right television networks.

After less than an hour it was clear that Trump had discarded any attempt to challenge Harris on policy, reverting instead to a nonstop stream of name-calling, self-pity and directionless fury. Even by Trumpian standards, the former president’s performance stood out as shockingly incoherent. It was certainly not the night an already nervous Trump campaign was hoping for.
What Americans saw on Tuesday was a Trump who appeared convinced that his second presidential debate would go much like his first — with Trump controlling the floor while his Democratic opponent struggled to mount any defense. Instead, Trump went toe-to-toe with a career prosecutor who clearly understood how to derail her opponent while repeatedly urging Americans to “turn the page” on his political circus.

Trump’s breakdown started early in the evening, when he repeated the debunked claim that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, had been stealing and eating local pets. That conspiracy theory caught fire online this week after right-wing social media accounts ran with the unsourced story — even though there is no actual evidence that it happened.

Muir was quick to correct Trump by noting that Springfield officials, including the city manager, have reported no such incidents of cat-eating in their town. A further ABC News investigation also failed to turn up any examples of missing or injured pets. That inconvenient correction led Trump’s strangest meltdown yet.
Well, I’ve seen people on television!” Trump shouted in a failed effort to interrupt Muir’s fact-check. “The people on television saying, ‘My dog has been taken and used for food!’ But maybe [the city manager] said that, and maybe that’s a good thing for a city manager to say.”

What?

Despite multiple efforts to name-call Harris into a direct conflict, Trump never managed to regain his momentum after his cat-eating meltdown. At one point Trump seemed to even confuse himself, first accusing Harris of stealing his economic plan and then calling her a “Marxist” for advocating those economic policies. His economic confusion seemed even stranger given the former president’s refusal to outline his second-term economic policy despite multiple direct questions from the moderators. At one point, Davis asked Trump if, after years of empty promises, he had finally produced an actual policy to reform health care. “I have the concepts of a plan,” Trump admitted. When asked for even bare-bones details about his alleged plan, Trump argued that he shouldn’t have to come up with any ideas because he’s “not the president right now.”
In a change of pace that will most likely have Democrats breathing a sigh of relief, Tuesday’s debate proved to be Harris’ to control. In a series of back-and-forths, Harris succeeded in cornering Trump on Republicans’ proposed national abortion ban, with the former president twice refusing to say whether he would veto the bill. When asked why vice presidential nominee JD Vance recently reassured voters that Trump would veto any effort to federally ban abortion, Trump claimed to have no idea what Vance was talking about. It was hardly a picture of party unity.

Harris’ needling about Trump’s inaction on Jan. 6 also yielded an explosive and contradictory response, with Trump claiming he had “nothing to do with” the attack on the Capitol and, for good measure, once again defending his controversial 2017 remark that white supremacist marchers in Charlottesville, Virginia, included some “very fine people.”

Despite repeated claims by Trump’s handlers that the former president would exercise discipline in his matchup with Harris, what viewers saw was an angry and scattered former president repeatedly scolded for pushing falsehoods. Worse for Trump’s fragile ego, his flurry of attacks against Harris seemed to fall flat. Not only did Harris appear unrattled; Trump’s attacks seemed to tee up her most effective comebacks.

If Trump wanted to telegraph to Americans that his campaign is thriving, Tuesday’s debate wasn’t the way to do it. The former president looked frazzled, frustrated and ready to be done with a grueling 90 minutes. Don’t expect a rematch after that sorry display.

Tay-Tay is a vindictive dyke bitch to anyone who crosses her.
so is Josh Moon, but they both understand there are certain groups/people you can't cross. Tay still needs her music somewhere for people to listen and places where people can watch her perform. Taylor Swift is just as non-political as Josh moon. They just want to do their thing in peace.
Dave Grohl is dad rock now?
if you were in highschool when the foo fighters first hit came out then you'd be in your 40s today and people would expect you to be a father. if you were a girl in high school when the foo fighters first album came out you literally can't have kids anymore.

If they acknowledge that they're eating people, then they're vindicating the silly Hannibal Lecter bit that Kamala criticized as being a nothingburger. But I'm not sure if ignoring it would be the play, when it's a SEVERE cause for alarm that people should know about. But because people SHOULD know about it... ...They won't report on it.

:cunningpepe:
A 5D chess move by Blumpf? PERHAPS. The late, great, Hannibal Lecter, he'll have you for dinner (and he lives in Ohio!)
I've got a couch I need help moving, ya know...

Biden is done. He isn't going to be president for much longer no matter what and he got fucked by the party. What better way to get back than to fuck with people by going to Trump events?

Kamala is responsible for the death of babies so it is kind of funny and the shot hit him toward the back of his ear so you would not see it from the front.

Are people still denying he was shot? It happened live. It is not like it was prerecorded. It happened in front of thousands of people. Other people were shot.

Also why does Kamala look like Washington in drag?
They're acting like it's faked because Trump survived and he was able to get his ear healed. They expected him to dropout after that. That's why those retards wanna pretend it never happened while simultaneously remembering a tour 3 years ago.

'70s rock is oldies now, lul.

I think if Biden really wanted to cause some intense, irrecoverable seethe, he'd go to some ice cream joint with orange man and the two of them get themselves a cone with... wait for it. Two Scoops.

Ellen and Bush at a sportsball game energy but it's an old man who got sucked off for four days after getting shat on by everyone he was supposed to consider an ally within his own party, and of course, literally Hitler.

Clown World factor: Bonus points if Jill is there with more ice cream than either of them.

I know Haitians were stealing and eating pets.

Any time shitlibs get huffy and defensive about something being "DEBOOOOOOOONKED", it is inevitably proven true sooner or later. They seem to somehow make it happen retroactively by denying it.
Except every single proof has been debunked, like the schizo lady from Canton, or the Goose Man of Columbus, their only "first hand" witness is some people at a town hall meeting, which isn't proof.

I'm sorry that we trust local residents at their town hall more than the news, but that's how most people think.

Edit: I think Trump is making a mistake if he doesn't do another debate. Preferably where she needs to actually answer for her shitty positions.
Trump is taking advantage of his position of strength, he's one of the best deal makers in the world, and folks constantly forget this. He's going to do a debate, but it will be on his terms. "i dont' even need another debate, i beat you so badly, why would i" will quickly turn into "you turned down 2 debates already, if you were winning why do you need another debate" then "sure, i'll do a debate, but it will be on my terms, I don't even really want to do one"

https://www.msnbc.com/opinion/msnbc-opinion/trump-president-sept-11-anniversary-rcna170544

The “tribute of light” had a test run last Saturday night. Since 2002, the dress rehearsal has been an annual tradition in New York City, coming a few days before the 9/11 anniversary — when enormous 7,000-watt xenon light bulbs are projected 4 miles into the sky near the site where the twin towers of the World Trade Center once stood. It’s always a striking image, capable of giving even the most jaded New Yorkers pause — briefly bringing them back to that time of horror, rage and bewilderment.

I’ll always remember the first 9/11 anniversary — when the tribute of light premiered — because so much of what had happened over that year was unprecedented, terrifying and, in hindsight, completely irrational.

Almost 3,000 people were killed in the attack. The Taliban quickly fell in Afghanistan, but the beginning of a 19-year-long war — which they would win — had only just begun. There were anthrax attacks in newsrooms and congressional offices. There were FBI roundups of innocent Muslims. Congress passed the Patriot Act, hyper-charging the surveillance state. The disastrous Iraq War would begin seven months later.
America’s military misadventure in Iraq was such a fiasco, in fact, that it’s oft-cited as a major factor in Donald Trump’s hijacking of the Republican Party, which is now more a personality cult than a political organization with coherent politics.

When Trump announced his presidential run in 2015, there were plenty of reasons to be concerned. He was overtly racist. He encouraged violence among his followers. He promised a “Muslim ban.” The thought of what he might do in a national crisis, like 9/11, was terrifying to some of us. But to many others who still wouldn’t vote for him, Trump was all talk, he was a clown, his rhetoric was a sideshow and a distraction to the real issues — like tax cuts or something.
Thankfully, we never had to find out how Trump would have led a frightened, angry country flailing around after a murderous assault on the homeland. We did, however, get a good look at what he’d do as the leader of the free world during a once-in-a-century global crisis — which was to deny the crisis was happening, then lie to the public about the severity of the crisis, then put his nepo baby son-in-law and his cronies in charge of handling the crisis. It didn’t go well, by any metric.

Before that crisis had ended, he tried to steal an election that he decisively lost and directly incited a violent assault on the U.S. Capitol. He literally broke the revered American tradition of peaceful transfer of power. Thanks to the cowardice and opportunism of Mitch McConnell, he avoided conviction at his second impeachment, leaving him still eligible to serve in elected office, and nearly four years later — here we are.

Unlike in September 2001, there are smartphones, social media and podcasts with legions of followers readily available to amplify the loudest fearmongering, disinformation-spreading morons. And Trump is not only their hero; he’s their audience.

At Tuesday night’s presidential debate, Trump rattled off a host of fake, inflammatory internet-created stories — the kind spread by those very same highly influential internet morons.

Imagine Trump in his “I am your retribution” second administration. The one in which he’s promised to jail political opponents, journalists, judges and prosecutors. The one in which he’s promised to violently uproot and deport millions of undocumented immigrants. The one in which — thanks to state-level Republican efforts and a 6-3 conservative Supreme Court — he’s got very few remaining guardrails to keep him from executing his authoritarian impulses with impunity.
There probably wouldn’t be any former generals to talk him out of impulsive bombing campaigns or invoking the Insurrection Act. Even Jared and Ivanka wouldn’t be there to try to talk him out of slaughtering protestors. But he very likely would have supplement-shilling podcasters giving him his intelligence reports, printed straight off of 4chan.

If something like 9/11 happened under a second Trump administration, you wouldn’t need to let your imagination run wild. The aspirational “dictator for a day” has already told us what he plans to do — and the past nine years have made the anti-anti-Trumpers who told us to “take Trump seriously but not literally” look even more inexcusably pliant than they did in 2015.

I don’t think anyone can really argue America handled 9/11 “well,” but if an attack on that scale were to happen again, Trump is probably the worst person imaginable to have all the power in the world.
